Workshop-Course Walking and Strategy

Have trouble remembering courses? Do you come off the course thinking I wish I’d done that differently and wishing there were “do-overs”? Frustrated by too many 1 mistake/NQ runs?

This seminar will focus on helping you develop course walking skills. It will help you analyze a course, analyze your skills and your dog’s skills plus learn to apply them more efficiently. You’ll learn when to lead out and when run off the line, when to do a back cross instead of a front and learn tricks and tips to remember technical courses.

Limited to 10 dog/handler teams and unlimited Audits.

Workshop-Frizgility

Price range: $15.00 through $45.00

Frizgility is a fun blend of agility and disc/retrieving sports. Learn the basic skills, rules and strategy needed to get started in Frizgility. Handlers and dogs will be divided by skill level and work in one session and audit the other. Working Teams: $45 (includes audit of other session) Audit only both sessions $15/session.

Session 1 – 9:00 a.m. to noon is for beginning dogs to learn to catch a disc, do the equipment and understand the rules and skills needed Limit 8 teams.

Session 2 – 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. is for advanced dogs that catch discs, have agility skills and want to get ready to compete. Limit 12 teams.

Workshop-K9 Fitness

Price range: $15.00 through $45.00

Workshop-Tricks

$45.00

Want to teach your dog to skateboard? This is your class. Want to teach your dog to get you a soda from the frig? This is your class. The more tricks you teach your dog the better your bond becomes. Tricks let you accentuate your dog’s skills while you train areas in need of improvement. Dogs that do tricks are more focused and confident especially in distracting situations. The fun is only limited by your imagination. Come play with your dog from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Class Fee: $45/ dog. Title Testing is included in the workshop.
