Agility – Advanced
This class focuses on handling, course analysis, and independent performance. Dogs must have consistent performance on the contacts, weaves and be able to work well with the handler under distraction. Distance work and games strategy is introduced and perfected. Dogs in this class are currently showing or ready to show. Friday class is a mix of Advanced/Intermediate dogs. Class Fees: $20/class/month. Paid monthly. Students may join class at any time during the month by paying fees for the number of sessions left in the month.
Agility – Beginning
This class starts to put it all together. Dogs must have a solid sit or down stay, be able to perform most, if not all obstacles, understand basic obstacle chaining and be able perform as part of a team with their handler. Class fees are billed $20 per session if paid monthly. Choose the number of weeks in the month. Students may join class at any time during the month by paying fees for the number of sessions left in the month. or paid at class as drop in $25 per session. There may be Intermediate dogs in this class.
Agility – Intermediate
This class focuses on continuity, command placement, setting a line and introduces various types of challenges seen on course, teaches beginning course analysis and prepares dogs and handlers as they begin to compete. Dogs must be able to consistently perform obstacles independently and take direction while running the course at speed. Class fees are billed $25 per session paid monthly. Students may join class at any time during the month by paying fees for the number of sessions left in the month. Drop in Fee $25 per session paid at class. There may be Advanced Beginner dogs in this class.
Agility – Private Instruction
One Hour Private Agility Instruction. Enroll and a trainer will contact you directly to set a date and time. Class Fee: $80/hour
Agility – Semi-Private Instruction
One Hour Semi-Private Agility Instruction for groups up to four dogs. Enroll and a trainer will contact you directly to set a date and time. All attendees must register for the class separately. Class Fee: $25/hour/student Minimum $100/hour
Agility Course Test
AKC Sanctioned Agility Course Test. Offering 2 rounds each in ACT-I, ACT-II, ACT-I Jumpers, ACT-II Jumpers on Sunday 8/20/2023
$15 per run or 4 runs for $50 per level per dog (i.e. 2 rounds of ACT I and 2 rounds of ACT I Jumpers runs for $50 or 2 rounds of ACT II and 2 rounds of ACT II Jumpers runs for $50).

Agility Foundation 1
It all begins with introducing the dog to the obstacles, teaching basic jumping skills, the travel board, drive work and learning to work independently. This class covers the basics needed to get started in the sport.
Agility Foundation 2
This class begins where Foundation 1 left off and polishes skills with a focus on independent contacts and solid weaves. Beginning handling, advanced chaining and basic rules common to all organizations are included. Prerequisite Foundation 1, off lead work or Instructor Approval.
Canine First Aid Workshop
This workshop is for every owner who would like to be more prepared to handle minor issues with their dogs at home or while traveling. Learn what you should have in your First Aid Kit, when to call the Vet or go to the ER and when you can handle a basic treatment yourself. Workshop we be taught by medical professionals. Learn basic first aid, canine CPR, and develop your disaster and evacuation check list now before you need it. Workshop will run from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Workshop Fee: $25
Canine Good Citizen
At Comp K9, we believe that all dogs are good dogs, and all owners are great owners, all it takes is training, , patience, lots of love, and of course, plenty of praise and rewards. This class will prepare you and your dog to take the AKC Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) test (included in class) and help you and your dog be the best you can be. During the 6 week session, we will cover basic skills like sit, down and stay along with basic manners, interacting with other dogs and people and responsible dog ownership. At the end of the class you will have earned your CGC and be ready to take on the world. Class Fee: $95.
CGC – Canine Good Citizen
The canine good citizen is a series of ten skills created by AKC to enhance dog’s lives. It’s open to all dogs. It focuses on teaching the basics of good manners and obedience, instilling the values of responsible ownership and strengthening the dog/human bond. The class includes CGC Test Class Fee $95
CGC – Community Canine (CGC-A)
The AKC Community Canine program is about ensuring you have a well-behaved dog while you’re out and about in the community. The class includes CGC-A testing. Class Fee $95
CGC – Private Instruction

CGC – Star Puppy
Start your puppy right with this class. The class provides an opportunity for your dog to socialize with people and other dogs. The class includes the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Test.
CGC – Urban Canine (CGC-U)
The AKC Urban CGC title teaches dog/handler teams advanced out and about skills necessary for today’s fast paced world. The class includes CGC-U testing.
